Meal prepping saves stress, so why not do the same with your outfits? By planning ahead, you skip the daily “what do I wear?” panic and actually enjoy putting your wardrobe “meals” together. 

Think of your closet like a pantry of ingredients… What're you cooking?

Use Visuals

Just like clients bring photos to a salon, fashion works better with references. Save looks on Pinterest, print them out, keep an inspiration board in your closet, whatever works best for you to reference on a Sunday evening when you’re preparing for the week ahead. 

Visuals make it easier to define what you love. Set yourself up for effortless decisions.

Plan weekly if that feels manageable, or even monthly if your calendar is packed with meetings and events. 

Easy Staples

This autumn season, here’s what I’m thinking… 

  • Unitards under shape-wear dresses.

  • Oversized blazers.

  • Tennis skirts.

  • Suede.

  • Monochromatic palettes—different shades of beige, brown, or black all layered together gives that polished “old money” look without the stress of matching perfectly.

Keep It Simple

When in doubt, stick to blacks and beiges. Minimal effort, maximum style. Outfit prep clears mental space, adds confidence, and makes your mornings as easy as grabbing a prepped meal.
